  Extremely helpful staff, tons of parts available, and if they don't have it, they will order it and have it within a few days. Everybody is very friendly and they will always try to assist you in figuring out what the issue is with your appliance/piece of equipment, regardless of whether or not they will make a sale. I will be moving soon and can only hope there is a business as trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable as Mack Stove. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
